If your child will be absent from school, please send an email to Please include the following information:

  1. Name of student
  2. Grade
  3. Date and reason for absence
  4. If picking up early for an appointment, please specify the pick up time and whether they will be returning to school.

Please submit your email no later than 8:30am on the day the absence will take place or sooner if possible and ensure to copy the teacher.
