Every parent or guardian of a child attending Sacred Heart School and Preschool is automatically a member of the Parents Club. There is no membership fee required. The Parents Club provides a platform for parents to get involved in planning fun events for the children and fundraising to support the school’s needs.
A Parents Club General Meeting Schedule is determined annually in September and posted for the entire school community. Meetings typically occur on the second Tuesday of the month during the school year, either on Zoom or in-person. Please refer to the yearly calendar and weekly updates for specific dates. Free childcare is offered for in-person attendees. All parents, grandparents, and community members are welcome to attend, and parents can earn family service hours for attending meetings. Additionally, students whose parents attend meetings are awarded free dress.
The Parents Club's fundraising efforts have a significant impact on Sacred Heart School. Over the years, the club has funded a variety of improvements that directly benefit the students, including upgrading the school’s computer lab, increasing enrichment opportunities, updating athletic equipment, supporting more field trips, and raising funds for athletic equipment.
The Parents Club keeps parents informed about what’s happening at the school. Attending meetings and volunteering at events are great ways to meet other Sacred Heart School parents and get involved with the school community. Your participation can have a direct impact on the school, and we encourage parents who are passionate about improving the school to participate. We promise you'll enjoy it!
