2016 Junior League of Monterey County
The Junior League of Monterey County spearheaded the implementation of a school garden. The Junior League also generously donated volunteers, tools and soil.
2016 Chevron STEM Zone
Our school was awarded the Chevron STEM Zone grant, which allowed for the transportation to Pebble Beach to participate in STEM related golf activities. 2016 Pebble Beach Company Foundation Grant Recipient Sacred Heart School received a $5,000 grant from the Pebble Beach Foundation to be allotted to the tuition assistance fund.
2016 Wally Waste Not Recycling Award
Sacred Heart School teamed up with the Salinas Valley Solid Waste Authority to implement a school wide recycling and composting initiative. As a result of the students efforts, Sacred Heart was awarded with a $1,500 grant.
2016 Big Sur International Marathon
Sacred Heart students participated in the Just Run program sponsored by the Big Sur International Marathon. Sacred Heart was awarded $800 for most participation amongst small schools.
2016 Pebble Beach Company Foundation Grant Recipient
Sacred Heart School was awarded for the third year in a row and received a $5,000 grant from the Pebble Beach Foundation to be allotted to the tuition assistance fund.
2015 S.T.A.R. Foundation
Sacred Heart School was awarded for the second year in a row this prestigious grant. This year's grant was used to purchase choir risers for our performing arts programs.
2015 S.T.A.R. Foundation
February – Sacred Heart School applied and received an award in the amount of $3,410 which allows us to purchase two choir risers so our performers are more visible in our productions.
2014 S.T.A.R. Foundation
November 14, 2014 – Sacred Heart School received a grant award for $2,830. Sacred Heart was able to purchase stationery and portable microphones, microphone stands, speakers, and cabling for a new sound system.
